摘要 近年来,随着"工学结合"教育模式的发展,面向生产第一线需要的技能型人才的培养便成了高职院校的一种使命"。工学结合"模式是指将学习培训与工作相结合,以培养学生职业技能为核心的教育模式,即"学中做,做中学",而这种教育模式作为现代职业教育的重要特征,在职业教育的过程中,起着很重要的作用。本文基于工学结合模式,以西安职业技术学院电气自动化专业为例,从课题背景、研究内容、尚待解决的问题、研究方法和意义做了相应的创新研究和分析。 In recent years, with the rapid work-study combination of education model development, For the production of the first line of the skilled personnel needed training became a mission of vocational colleges. The combination of work-study mode refers to the combination of learning and training and work, At the core of students' vocational skills education mode, "learning to do by doing" ,and this mode of education as an important feature of the modern vocational education in plays a very important role in the process of vocational education.This article is based on a combination of work-study mode。.Take Xi'an Vocational and Technical College Electric Automation special field of study for example, from the subject background, research contents, unresolved problems, research methods do the innovative research and analysis.
