摘要
第三方物流的产品就是服务,其服务的好与差直接影响的是企业的声誉、竞争力,最终影响的是企业的效益,所以第三方物流企业要在提升企业的工作效率以及服务质量上下功夫。本文就第三方的物流企业在服务质量涵义和特点上进行了界定,并研究分析了顾客的满意度特性,探讨影响顾客的满意度因素,提出第三方物流企业提高顾客的满意度方法。
the third party logistics product is service, the service is good and bad directly affects the enterprise's reputation,competitiveness, ultimately affect the efficiency of enterprises,so the third party logistics enterprises to improve business efficiency and service quality. In this paper,the third party logistics enterprises in the meaning and characteristics of service quality is defined,and the research and analysis of the satisfaction of customers, and to explore the influencing factors of customer satisfaction, the third party logistics enterprises to improve the satisfaction of customers.
