The Progressive Ischemic Stroke Index for the Prediction and Prevention

摘要 进展性急性缺血性脑卒中的预测指标包括生物学、影像学及电生理学。这3项预测指标对进展性缺血脑性卒中的诊断具有一定的临床意义。目前,人们对进展性缺血脑卒中机制的认识还有待深化,其在临床上的实际应用价值还很有限。对急性缺血性脑卒中的治疗同样适用于对进展性急性缺血性脑卒中的治疗。近年来通过降低进展性急性缺血性脑卒中的预测指标值,改善预后的报道值得关注。 The progressive ischemic stroke prediction indexes include the three aspects of biology, neuroimaging and electrophysiology, which have certain clinical significance in the diagnosis of progressive ischemic stroke. Because the mechanism remains unclear, its clinical application value is limited. The treatment of acute ischemic stroke is also suitable for the progressive ischemic stroke. To improve the prognosis of ischemic stroke by reducing progressive ischemic stroke prediction index value should be paid attention recently.
