摘要
本文介绍一个基于Intel公司Bitbus分布式控制模块(iDCM)的水泥生产过程分布式测控系统,简要说明了系统中主站的硬件配置,并着重讨论了利用iRCB44/10板并行I/O口扩展开关量和模拟量I/O接口,构成系统中分站的硬件设计方法,最后详述了系统所采取的抗干扰措施。
This paper introduces a distributed measurement and control system based—on Intel's BITBUS Distributed Control Modules(iDCM) for a cement production process. It describes the hardware configuration of system master node. It also maninly discusses the hardware design method of slave node by using parallel I/O ports on the iRCB44/10 board to expand digital and analog I/O interfaces. Finally, the measures of interference rejection taken in the system is described in detail.
