摘要
本文结合分布式管理思想,重点阐述了针对供电企业特点的绩效管理指标体系、评价体系、考核体系的设计原则与构成,以及基于此形成的绩效管理系统。系统主要包括企业负责人考核、战线领导考核、部门考核、员工考核、班组任务管理、工作积分管理、奖金分配等10个模块,实现了纵向考核与横向联动的有机结合,确保了绩效管理的动态、即时、可视、公正和科学。
This article focuses on the design principals and component of performance management index system, appraisal system and assessment system according to the features of power supply enterprises combining with distributed management thoughts, and de- scribes the performance management system based on that. This system includes 10 modules, such as assessment of the responsible per- son of the enterprise, assessment of front leader, assessment of department, assessment of employee, management of team task, manage- ment of work integral, allocation of bonus, etc. And all that achieves organic combination between longitudinal assessment and transverse linkage, and guarantees the dynamic, real-time, visuality, fairness and scientificalness of performance management.
