民族团结背景下公安工作发展对策研究

The Research on the Development Strategies of Public Security Work under the National Unity Background

当前我国民族宗教方面存在的一些问题对公安工作带来了严峻挑战。由其职责决定，公安机关在维护和促进民族团结方面扮演着重要角色，发挥着重要作用。为了维护民族团结，公安机关必须建立和完善民族宗教信息情报网络；严格依法运用公安权力处置民族问题引起的违法犯罪行为；联通社会，巩固维护民族团结统一战线；厘清和提升公安民警在民族团结背景下应当具备的素质。

Various factors are changeable in China and in international community as well, so there are still some national and religious problems in China. The public security affairs face some challenges. The public security de-partments have the necessity and possibility to maintain a national unity. At present, in order to maintain national u-nity the public security work must do the following： to establish and perfect the ethnic and religious information net- work, to use the police power to dispose criminal behavior accordance with the national problems lawful and strictly, and to unicom our society, to consolidate and maintain the national unity of the united front.
