外圆内方是指一个人的内心操守比较方正同时外在表现却比较圆活。外圆内方要求人们融入社会大群体,同时内心深处要保有"底线"。然而当今社会对外圆内方存在一些错误认识,使外圆内方内涵发生异化。这就要求我们正确把握外圆内方的实质,以灵活的方式应对社会变化,以求与他人和社会和睦相处,这就需要内方与外圆的有机结合,强调内方、倚重内方、塑造内方,但同时要适当的与时相应,做好外圆。
