Construction of virtue enterprises in internet transactions

在分析基于互联网交易的虚拟企业成因与类型的基础上,通过与实体虚拟企业的对比实证研究,提出一套基于互联网交易的虚拟企业组建模型,通过运用多种体系模型,对虚拟企业组建因子的系统分析,发掘虚拟企业组建的本质所在,并为后续研究提供研究思路与方法,以期对基于互联网交易的虚拟企业进一步研究做拓展性铺垫。

Based on the analysis of the causes as well as types of virtual enterprises in internet transactions and the empirical comparison between virtue enterprises with entity ones,a set of models of virtual enterprises in internet transactions were established.Further detailed analysis of the factors in virtual enterprise construction based on a variety of systematic models was made to find out the nature of virtual enterprise construction,which provides ideas and methods for the subsequent study and paves the way for further research of virtual enterprises in internet transactions.
