Reform on training mode of accounting undergraduates based on market demand

针对人才培养模式问题,采用调查分析的方法,分析了宁夏某高校的会计人才培养情况,提出了重构会计人才培养目标、创新教学模式、加强教学质量控制等改革路径,以期为我国高校本科会计人才培养模式的改革提供借鉴。

In view of problems in current talent training mode,a survey analysis was made of the accounting talents’training in a university in Ningxia.Proposals were put forward concerning reconstructing the objectives of accounting talents’training,renovating the teaching mode and enhancing the teaching quality control so as to shed some light on reforms of training mode of accounting undergraduates in universities of China.
