水稳基层重复再生混合料干缩性能试验研究

Test research on drying shrinkage properties of water stable base repeated regeneration mixture

从水稳基层干缩裂缝的机理着手,研究了水稳基层在多次再生过程中的干缩性能变化规律,通过试验验证,得出采用小水泥用量、外掺聚丙烯纤维和膨胀剂能够降低因干缩而导致的混合料开裂问题,延长再生混合料的重复利用率。

Starting from the mechanism of dry shrinkage cracks of water stable base,this paper researched the drying shrinkage properties change law of water stable base in multiple regeneration process,through the test,gained that using small amount of cement,outer mixed polypropylene fiber and expansion agent could reduce mixture crack problems caused by drying shrinkage,prolonged the reuse rate of mixture.
