照明用LED新型冷却方式的现状及发展趋势

The novel cooling methods of lighting with LED and its development trends

摘要 针对LED的散热问题,介绍了热管冷却、微结构冷却、微槽群复合相变集成冷却技术、喷雾冷却、射流冲击冷却等新型的冷却方式,并对各种冷却方式进行了对比,提出了冷却的发展方向,为LED设计者提供了参考。 In light of heat dissipation of LED,the heat pipe cooling,micro-structure cooling,micro capillary groove composite phase transition to an integrated cooling technology,spray cooling,jet impingement cooling and other novel cooling methods are reviewed,and compares various cooling methods,and the development direction of the cooling,provides reference for LED designer.
