针对传统设计方法在除尘系统设计中的局限性,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对实际尺寸的转炉二次除尘系统气流进行了研究,得出流体的速度、压力分布图,为转炉二次除尘系统的设计、选择提供了有效的依据。

According to the limitations of traditional design method in dust removal system design,this paper used finite element analysis software ANSYS researched the actual size of converter two dust removal system airflow,gained the distribution charts of fluid velocity,pressure,provided effective basis for the design and selection of converter two dust removal system.
