The cost control of construction project in state-owned enterprises

分析了我国国有企业建筑工程的现状,并对建筑工程建设的几个重要阶段的工程造价控制进行了逐步的分析,目的在于借此多查阅相关资料,增补理论知识,争取理论联系实际,在确保工程造价控制妥当和工程质量得到保证的情况下实现企业效益的最大化。

This paper analyzed the present situation of our state-owned enterprises construction projects,and made gradually analysis on the project cost control in several important stages of construction project construction,aimed to more access to consult relevant information,supplement theory knowledge,strive to link theory with practice,in order to maximize enterprise revenue in ensuring the project cost control suitable and engineering quality guaranteed.
