摘要 本文着重介绍军用机可测试性技术的发展及其在F-16、ATF飞机上的应用,对机内自测试和自动化检测技术的定义、主要功能、特性、设计要点及发展趋向进行了列表分析,把可测试性设计在系统、设备的初始设计阶段就“设计”进去;并对未来可测试性设计和验证时应注意的几个方面提出了自己的看法。 This paper describes the developments of the testability technique of the military aircraft and its use in the F—16 and ATF aircraft. Analysis is made and listed in the table in the definitions, main functions, properties, main design points and developping trend of built-in test and automatic test techniques. The testability desigh should be put into the aircraft in the first phrase of the systems and airborne equipment design. Several aspects have been mentioned which need notice when the testability design is cartied out and verified in the future.
