不同方法制备的铂碳复合电极极化曲线测试分析 被引量:3

摘要 以树脂碳为载体 ,用化学吸附还原法、电镀还原法和离子溅射法制备了 3种不同类型的铂碳复合电极 ,然后采用恒电位法测定了铂碳复合电极的阴极极化曲线 ,并以此为基础求出了这些铂碳复合电极的有关电化学参数。实验结果表明用不同方法制备的铂碳复合电极在相同测试条件下的交换电流密度、塔菲尔常数和传递系数等电化学性能参数有一定的差别。这些实验数据为评价不同工艺方法制备的离子交换膜燃料电池铂碳复合电极的电化学性能提供了重要的参考依据。 With resin carbon material as carrier,the third different types of platinum carbon compound electrodes were prepared by chemical adsorption reduction method,galvanization reduction method and ion sputter method.The curves of the compound electrodes as cathode over voltage relationship with polarization electrical current were tested,based on the tested curves,the electrochemistry parameters of the platinum carbon compound were obtained.The results show that the exchange electrical current density,the TAFEL constant and the symmetry coefficient of platinum carbon compound electrodes were different for the platinum carbon compound electrodes made by different method.The datas obtained from the tests were very important reference for the estimate performance of the platinum carbon compound electrodes,which were made by different methods,of the ion exchange membrane fuel cells.
