摘要
论述了温度对压力传感器输出灵敏度和线性度的影响 ,在 2 73K至 398K的温度范围内对传感器进行试验 ,结果表明随着温度的升高压力传感器的线性度和灵敏度降低。这一影响可以通过双压阻式电桥加以补偿。
The effectiveness of the piezoresistive pressure sensor sensitivity and linearity from temperature were studied, the sensor was tested in the temperature range between 273K and 398K, the high sensitivity and linearity depends on the low temperature. Pressure sensor made of two pieezoresistrves bridge will have lower temperature drift.
