摘要
文章从赋能的概念界定出发,介绍了不同层面(心理层面、领导层面和组织层面)赋能的维度以及测量的常用工具,总结近年来赋能在护理管理领域的应用方法及效果,最后在对研究现状进行评析的基础上,对未来的研究方向进行了展望。
Starting from the concept of empowerment, this article introduced the dimension and common measurement tools of empowerment on different levels ( the psychological level, the leadership level and the organizational level) , and summarized the application and effects in the field of nursing management. At last, some research prospects were figured out based on a critical analysis of the research status.
