摘要
目的观察护理语音提示器在糖尿病患者家庭护理中的应用效果。方法用研制的护理语音提示器提醒糖尿病患者在家庭中的饮食控制、药物治疗、自我监测方面的护理事项。结果使用护理语音提示器提高了糖尿病患者的自我管理能力及遵医行为(P<0.01),使血糖控制较好(P<0.01)。结论运用护理语音提示器能帮助糖尿病患者显著提高出院后在家庭自我管理中的遵医行为,并能有效巩固治疗效果。
Objective To observe the effects of nursing voice prompting device in the home care of patients with diabetes. Method Nursing voice prompting devices were applied to give nursing prompts including diet control, drug therapy and self - monitoring for the patients with diabetes. Results Self - management skills and compliance behaviors of patients with diabetes were significantly improved by using nursing voice prompting device （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and blood glucose control was obviously improved （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Nursing voice prompting device can significantly improve compliance behaviors of self - management skills, and consolidate the effects of therapy in patients with diabetes.
