目的提高病人PICC置管护理质量。方法对PICC护理门诊进行合理设置与布局、制订相关流程和职责、实施多学科合作、研发PICC病人管理信息系统并动态质量监控。结果降低了PICC病人置管并发症的发生率(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论 PICC护理门诊的建立及规范运作,有利于提高病人PICC置管的护理质量。

Objective To improve the nursing quality of patients with perpheraly inserted central catheter （PICC）. Methods The measures included reasonable setting and layout of PICC nursing clinic, formulating relevant processes and responsibilities, implementing multidisciplinary cooperation, research and developing the information system of PICC patients and dynamic quality control of the system. Result The complications rate of patients with PICC was reduced （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The establishment and operation of PICC nursing clinic is conductive to improve the nursing quality of patients with PICC tube.
