文章针对一些科技期刊论文在参考文献方面存在的问题，论述了参考文献的意义和作用、参考文献的内在质量和引用原则，并对参考文献的文内标注和文后著录规范进行了梳理和概括，对某些具体细则作了必要的改进，为论文作者和科技期刊编辑进一步做好参考文献工作提供有益的帮助。

There exist several problems in the references of the scientific and technological papers, such as omission of some items, too many contents in extractions, and wrong extractions. This paper discusses the significance and role of the reference, the intrinsic quality of the reference and the principle of reference. The article sorts and summarizes the standardization of in-text citations and bibliographic references, and improves some specific details, in order to provide useful help for authors and journal editors to do a better job.
