摘要
实践证明,制约多轴驱动车辆发展的问题之一是驱动扭矩的合理分配技术。文中在假定所有轮胎具有相同滚动半径,同一车轴的左右轮胎受力状态相同的前提下,以牵引功率最大,对多轴驱动车辆的驱动扭矩做了优化分配。通过分析得出,在一般路面正常行驶时,只有保证分配到各个驱动车轮的扭矩与各自的轴荷相匹配时,汽车才具有最小的功率循环及最高的牵引效率。
It has been provided by practice that one of the problems, which constrains the development of multi axle drive vehicles, is the rational distribution technique of the driving torque. Assuming that all the tires have the same rolling radius, the left and right tires on the same axle are under the same load condition, and taking the maximum traction power as target, the paper makes optimum distribution to the driving torque of multi axle driving vehicles. The conclusion from the analysis is that while the vehicle is running normally on the general road, the minimum power lose and maximum traction efficiency can be obtained only when the torque distributed to each wheel are matched with relative axle load.
