摘要
以地理分布的虚拟组织为特征的大型IT项目越来越常见,针对出现的新"分布式"风险,在文献研究的基础上,给出分布式IT项目的定义,研究了其"分布式"项目特点以及风险产生的原因,从计划、控制、社会集成、技术集成这4个方面分类归纳和探讨了分布式IT项目的风险因素,建立了以组织共赢为目标,分阶段迭代递进项目开发,引进第三方监理和咨询机构,设置风险管理学习为约束机制的分布式IT项目全生命周期风险管理流程.
The large IT project which has the character of geographically distributed virtual organizations is more common. Aiming at the distributed risks, the paper first gives the definition of the distributed IT projects (DITPs), and then studies its distributed characteristics and the risks factors, classifies and discusses the risk factors from four aspects, planning, control, social integration and technology integration. Furthermore, it puts forward the DITPs risk management process all over the whole lifecycle which subjects to win-win goal, the development of iterative and incremental agile, the supervisory and consulting mechanism of a third party, and the establishment of study mechanism of risk management.
