摘要
对传统式和准同心圆式两种外部耐压液舱结构进行了模型对比试验。结果表明 ,在弹性阶段 ,准同心圆式耐压液舱耐压船体壳板的应力沿圆周方向趋于均匀化 ,最大应力明显低于传统式耐压液舱相应位置处的同类应力 ;随着静水外压的增加 ,模型结构从局部屈服到塑性区扩展 ,应力重新分布 ,直至发生轴对称屈服破坏 ,未见失稳特征。模型试验结果与有限元解吻合良好。
Contrast experiments of traditional and quasi homocentric pressure tank structures have been done. The results show that in elastic stage, shell plate stresses of quasi homocentric pressure tank structure tend to be uniform along its circumference maximum stress is less than the same kind stress at similar position of traditional pressure tank structure. As increasing external loads, from part yield to plastic expanding, stress is dstributed again, at last two models are yielded axisymmetrically, there is no buckling characteristic. The results of model experiments are well conincident with those of finite element method.
