我国男子单人滑短节目存在的问题与对策——以2012年世界花样滑冰锦标赛为例

Chinese Men Single Skating Short Program——With the Example of 2012 World Figure Skating Championship

2012年世界花样滑冰锦标赛我国选手总成绩与第1名相差将近50分,从总体来看与前3名选手的差距较大。我国选手在整套动作中有一定的难度动作,但在滑行中无法达到动作难度的要求,技术水平表现不佳,特别是跳跃技术能力不强,导致阿科谢尔3周跳(3A)、勾手3周跳(3Lz)的执行分较低,最终导致短节目技术分较低;在表演方面我国选手的艺术表现能力差,与世界优秀选手差距较大。提出多进行跳跃动作的训练,加大音乐、表演、舞蹈等艺术方面的训练,动作的编排应与我国选手技术特点相吻合等提高我国男子单人滑运动员完成短节目质量的对策。

At 2012 world figure skating championship, Chinese skaters＇total score has a difference close to 50 from the champion, and on the whole has a more difference from the top 3 skaters. Chinese skaters have some difficulty in whole actions, hut cant meet the requirements in skating. Their skills underperform, espe- cially their jumps is not strong, which finally result in low technical score of short program because of poor Arco Rochelle triple jumps （3A） and Lutz triple jumps （3Lz）. And Chinese artistic expression is poorer than the international excellent skaters. It suggests some countermeasures to improve Chinese men single skaters＇performance in short program as follows： have more jumps training; enhance the artistic training such as music, performance and dance; programme the actions according to their technical characteristics.
