摘要
在速度轮滑教学中,由于轮滑运动的特点,使学生产生不适应的心理状态,影响教学效果。分析速度轮滑教学中青少年学生的练习行为,认为学生身体素质和运动能力差、缺乏自信心、轮滑运动的动作危险性高、教学环境差是影响教学效果与教学质量的主要因素。提出加强学生的身体素质,培养学生良好的意志品质及增强自信心,优化教学环境,提高教师的业务素质与教学方法等措施提高教学效果。
In the teaching of speed roller skating, the teaching effect will be influenced by the students'una- dapted psychology of coming from the sports characteristics. By analyzing the juvenile students'learning be- havior in speed roller skating, the paper thinks the main influencing factors on teaching effect relate to low physical quality and athletic ability, poor self-confidence, dangerous actions, poor teaching conditions. It suggests some measures as follows: enhancing the physical quality, developing the well volitional quality, re- inforcing the self-confidence, improving the teaching conditions, heightening the teachers's professional competence.
