由于资源枯竭和制度等原因,我国大多资源型城市陷入资源和经济的双重困境,如何实现可持续发展成为资源型城市急待解决的问题。国内学者对资源型城市的研究主要集中在分析资源型城市的属性以及描述资源型城市面临的困境并提出转型模式和发展对策。
