摘要
以SCP范式为基础,分析了粮食市场中生产者所处的地位及其行为对资源配置产生的效果。研究认为,粮食种植户在完全竞争的市场中处于被动地位,对市场以被动适应为主。粮农被动的市场行为在为社会资源优化配置做出贡献的同时却牺牲了自我利益。对于这样一个相对弱势的产业而言,只有通过外界的力量辅助才能帮助种粮农户实现增加收入的愿望。
This case analysed the market conduct and resource allocation effect of chinese grain market bace on SCP model. The theoretical study indicated the following results. First ,chinese grain farmers were in the passive position of garin market. Grain product activity were under the control of market demand. Second, grain farmers can choose the way of product and supply to enehanee their income, but the choices were passive. Thirdly, social resource had been effectly allocated by sacrificing the benefit of grain farmers. Based on these findings, three suggestions for increasing the income of grain farmes were proposed.
