摘要
当前,随着我国社会的快速发展,带动了林业技术服务的全面发展,然而,由于所实行的林业技术推广机构缺乏完善性,并且林业领头企业不具备较强的带动力,金融部门支农力度有待进一步提高等一系列问题迫切需要我们深入的分析研究,加以解决。首先指出了对我国林业技术服务体系构建造成影响的因素,其次论述了林业技术服务体系的构建,最后制定了推动林业技术服务体系有效构建的具体措施,以供参考。
At present, with the rapid development of our society, leading to the all-round development of forestry technical service, however, because that a forestry techniques popularization institutions lack of integrity, and forestry leading enterprise does not have a strong driving force, the financial department support efforts to further improve and a series of problems are pressing for our in-depth analysis research, try to solve. First points out that China＇s forestry technology service system construction of impact factors, then discusses the forestry technical service system construction, and finally made to promote forestry technical service system construction, effective measures for reference.
