摘要
在钎焊温度 10 43~ 1393K、钎焊时间 3~ 6 0min条件下 ,对Al2 O3 / (Ag72 Cu2 8) 97Ti3 /Nb接头进行了钎焊试验。经SEM、EDS、XRD检测 ,界面产物为TiO、Ti2 O。在 10 93K、15min条件下 ,接头剪切强度最高可达 2 2 3MPa。
The ceramic Al 2O 3 was joined with Nb by using (Ag 72 Cu 28 ) 97 Ti 3 as braze at the temperature of 1043 ~1393K and the bonding time of 3~60min. By SEM, EDS and XRD analysis, TiO、Ti 2O were developed at the interface of joints. The highest shear strength of joints was 223MPa at the bonding temperature of 1093K and the time of 15min.
