To Meet People’s Psychological Livelihood Needs: An Effective Path to Promote the Long-Term Social Stability in Xinjiang

民族需要心理是对各民族需要及社会对其满足程度的反映,集中体现了主观愿望和客观条件的关系,是民族心理活动的基础和第一反映。马克思主义认为,满足人的物质生活需要是唯物史观的前提,即民生需要的满足是唯物史观的根本要求。在当代,满足民生需求是新疆各族人民最迫切的愿望,只有改善民生,满足需求心理,才能推进社会长治久安。

The people’s psychological livelihood needs are reffected by people’ needs and the extent to which the society satisfies them： a comprehensive relationship between subjective will and objective conditions,and the foundation and the first reffection of people’s psychological activities.To meet human material requirements is the premise of Marxist historical materialism.Therefore to meet the people’s livelihood needs is the most pressing will of all Xinjiang people at present.Only by improving people’s livelihood and meeting their needs can we promote the long-term social stability in Xinjiang.
