摘要
本研究的目的,在于探讨大学生的共情能力与人际交往之间的关系。其方法是从南京三所高校中共抽取近900名大学生测试进行问卷调查研究。结果表明:大学生共情能力与人际交往能力、人际敏感度和人际归因风格有着极其显著的相关。共情能力与其人际交往能力呈现出正相关,并存在线性回归的关系。共情能力与其人际敏感度呈及其显著的负相关。共情能力越高,人际交往中所体验到的焦虑与紧张就越少。共情能力与其人际归因风格中的内归因风格呈显著的正相关,共情能力越高,归因风格越倾向于自己的努力。
This study is to discuss the correlation of college students’ empathy and interpersonal rela-tionship.Using the Empathy Questionnaire,SCL-90,Multidimensional-Multi-attributional Causality Scale(MMCS) and College Students Ability of Interpersonal Communication Scale,nearly 900 undergraduate subjects from three universities in Nanjing participated in.The results showed that there was a remarkable positive correlation between the subjects’ empathy and interpersonal skills,and that the presence of linear regression relationship exists.A negative correlation exists between the subjects" empathy and interpersonal sensitivity: the higher the capacity for empathy,the less the interpersonal anxiety.The subjects" empathy and internal attribution style is significantly related: the higher the ability of empathy the more inclined they attribute to their own efforts.
