大学生共情能力与人际交往的相关研究

To Improve the Interpersonal Competence of Undergraduates by Empathy Training

本研究的目的,在于探讨大学生的共情能力与人际交往之间的关系。其方法是从南京三所高校中共抽取近900名大学生测试进行问卷调查研究。结果表明:大学生共情能力与人际交往能力、人际敏感度和人际归因风格有着极其显著的相关。共情能力与其人际交往能力呈现出正相关,并存在线性回归的关系。共情能力与其人际敏感度呈及其显著的负相关。共情能力越高,人际交往中所体验到的焦虑与紧张就越少。共情能力与其人际归因风格中的内归因风格呈显著的正相关,共情能力越高,归因风格越倾向于自己的努力。

This study is to discuss the correlation of college students’ empathy and interpersonal rela-tionship.Using the Empathy Questionnaire,SCL-90,Multidimensional-Multi-attributional Causality Scale（MMCS） and College Students Ability of Interpersonal Communication Scale,nearly 900 undergraduate subjects from three universities in Nanjing participated in.The results showed that there was a remarkable positive correlation between the subjects’ empathy and interpersonal skills,and that the presence of linear regression relationship exists.A negative correlation exists between the subjects＂ empathy and interpersonal sensitivity： the higher the capacity for empathy,the less the interpersonal anxiety.The subjects＂ empathy and internal attribution style is significantly related： the higher the ability of empathy the more inclined they attribute to their own efforts.
