新疆少数民族地区农村职业教育发展现状及定位

On the Rural Vocational Education in the Ethnic Minority Areas in Xinjiang

文章通过对新疆少数民族地区农村职业教育、"三农"问题、农村劳动力转移、农村职业教育定位等问题的研究,以全新的角度揭示了新疆少数民族地区农村职业教育中因经济欠发达、第三产业起步晚、思想封闭保守、师资力量薄弱等问题,提出了解决农村职业教育发展必须改变办学格局、产学研相结合、加强师资培训、建立实训基地等对策,以期促进农村职业教育的不断发展。

With an analysis of the rural vocational education, the issue of agriculture, farmers and the countryside, the transference of rural farmers, and the position of rural vocational education, this paper discussed the problems the rural vocational education has in Xinjiang： under-developed economy, the starting tertiary industry, the closed and conservative notions, and insufficient qualified teaching staff. It further points out that a healthy development of rural vocational education can be achieved only by changing the education pattern, integrating production, learning and researching, improving teaching quality and establishing practical training bases.
