摘要
人才是创新之源,是新兴产业发展之本。拥有一支素质优良、结构合理的人才队伍,是促进安徽战略性新兴产业快速发展的基本保证。加快人才队伍建设需要实施面向战略性新兴产业的人才培养工程,加大高层次人才引进力度,完善人才服务体系,建设高端人才创业创新平台,改革对创新型人才的评价与激励制度。
Talents are both the source of innovation and the essence of the emerging industry development. Talents ranks with good quality and reasonable structure serve as the fundamental guarantee of the promotion to the rapid develop- ment of strategic and emerging industries in Anhui Province. To quicken the talents construction must be greatly supported in the following aspects: the implementation of talents cultivation engineering facing to the strategic and emerging industries, the increasing of high level talents recruitment, the improvement of talents service system, the establishment of venture and innovation platform for top level talents, and the reform of the evaluation and incentive system to innovative taleats.
