介绍一种功能丰富、精度高的计算机控制网带式淬火炉系统。用单片机控制简化了控制系统和工作人员的操作。用STD总线的积木式结构,可使结构紧凑,维修方便,研制周期短。文中推导淬火炉的热传递函数,介绍了具有一定带宽的继电器特性控制方法和STD总线单片机系统的具体结构。

In this paper, a powerful and high precision microcontroller system for controlling mesh-belt furnace is introduced.Microcontroller control system can simplify structure of the system and the operation of workers. The module structure of STD-BUS makes the system compact and convenient to repair and the time of development shorter.Transmit fuction of heat was derived in this paper, A method of controlling characteristic with some band width and the structure of the STD BUS microcontroller was presented.
