摘要 面向企业岗位人才需求,借鉴CDIO国际工程教育模式,构建卓越技能型人才培养新模式。该模式以学生的工程基础知识、个人职业能力和团队协作能力培养为中心,运用"教、学、做"一体化训练方法,全方位过程化考核方式,实践场所开放式运行模块化管理,有效达成人才培养目标。 The international engineering education mode of CDIO can be used for reference in the establishment of the new mode of eminent and technical talents cultivation towards the demands of enterprise talents. The new mode,focused as the target on the cultivation of the fundamental engineering knowledge, individual professional competence and coordination ability for students,is intended to make use of the integrated training way to teach, study and practice in the application of the modularization management into the all directional and procedural examination and the open operating experiment places so as to the effective goal of talents cultivation.
