摘要
高校关工委推进青年教师队伍建设是促进学校发展的需要,是挖掘利用优势资源的必然选择,是体现自身价值的重要途径。多年来关工委在这方面既有成功实践也有一些缺失,当前要建立健全专家决策咨询、结对帮扶、评价评估、分析督查、听课督促等机制,不断提高青年教师队伍建设水平。
The promotion of young teaching staff construction by the earing about the coming generation committees of colleges and universities can be considered as one of the needs to promote their development, one of the inevitable choices of advantageous reaource excavation and utilization, and one of the important approaches to reflect their self-value. Although there exist the successful practice and somewhat deficiency that they have for many years, it is necessary for the caring a- bout the coming generation committees to establish and improve the mechanism of the decision consulting by experts, the assistance system between teachers and students, the evaluation and estimation, the analysis and supervision, and the class- room observation and inspection for the further improvement of young teaching staff construction.
