摘要
高校群体性事件既具有冲突的一般特征又具有自身特殊性。可从宏观社会层面、中观高校层面和微观师生个体层面来分析其形成机理,建立事前预警为主、事中果断妥善处理和事后认真反思"三位一体"的疏导机制,努力降低事件的负面影响。
Group incidents in university share both general characteristics and their peculiarity. To analyze its forming mechanism from macro level of society, middle level of university and micro level of the relationship between teachers and students, we should establish three-dimensional counseling mechanism with advance warning system, proper disposition in the course of it and afterwards serious reflection to decrease its negative influences.
