独立学院部分学生因非智力因素导致学习难以达到规定要求,存在学习困难。充分了解并掌握这些大学生的特点以采取相应的措施帮助其走出困境,教育者应提高自身素质,建立和谐的师生关系,帮助学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,指导学生正确定位,并激发其学习兴趣。

Some students in independent college, due to non-intelligent factors, have some difficulties in studies. To know their characteristics fully and take corresponding measures so as to help them overcome the difficulties, teachers should promote their own qualities, establish harmonious relationship with them, help them foster correct view of world, life, and values, guide them to orientate correctly and stimulate their interests in studies.
