高校建设体育文化对促进校园文化建设和提高人才培养质量具有重要意义。高校要转变教育观念,实施新的体育教学评价体系,加强软硬件建设,建立健全体育规章制度,培养学生终身体育观念,加大宣传力度,努力营造良好的体育文化氛围。

The establishment of PE culture in university is significant for the improvement of campus culture and talents cultivation. University should transform educational concepts, implement new PE evaluation system, strengthen software and hardware building, perfect PE system, cultivate students＇ lifelong PE concepts, improve publicity and endeavor to create favorable PE culture.
