摘要
合理的踝关节角度是短道速滑技术中最为关键的技术之一,但在实际运动过程中,由于运动员对保持合理踝关节角度的能力不足,导致踝关节角度改变,从而使运动成绩下降。我国短道速滑运动员在陆地及冰上训练中踝关节支撑能力的辅助器材十分少见,运动员踝关节力量的提高急需相关的辅助训练器械。依据短道速滑运动员踝关节工作的力学原理,设计了踝关节支撑能力辅助训练器,其结构包括鞋卡、滚轴和辅助踝关节挡板三个部分。当运动员进行上冰训练时,将装置前端的卡头卡到鞋舌与鞋带上,保持与鞋子相对固定,调节辅助板与滚轴连接处的角度,使之达到教练要求的踝关节角度。此器材不但可以帮助运动员掌握合理的踝关节角度,还可以辅助运动员支撑身体,保证运动员正确的滑行技术,从而提高运动员滑行能力水平。
As a key of short track speed skating techniques,the reasonable ankle joint angle will be changed into improper position which resulting in worse performance because of the skaters' lacking ability to maintain the ankle at reasonable angle in actual movement.The aid equipments are very rare for Chinese skaters to improve the ankle support ability in dry-land or ice training,so it's is in dire need of any related aid training equipments.According to the ankle biomechanics principle of short track speed skating,the paper designs an aid training equipment of ankle support ability,which structure relates to 3 parts: shoe block,roller and baffle.When a skater has a training on the ice,he may fix the shoe block in the shoe tongue and lace,adjust the link angle of roller and baffle to meet the coach's requirement.The equipment is helpful for the skaters to not only master reasonable ankle angle,but also ensure correct skating technique with better ankle support,thereby it can improve the skaters' skating performance.
