L-精氨酸对肾性高血压大鼠心肌细胞Livin蛋白表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨L精氨酸(L-arginine)治疗由肾性高血压导致的心肌细胞损害,为临床采用L-arginine治疗肾性高血压提供理论依据。方法按体质量将45只大鼠随机分为3组:正常对照组(5只)、肾性高血压组(20只)及L精氨酸治疗组(20只);制作肾性高血压动物模型,L精氨酸治疗组通过胃管灌饲给予L精氨酸,连续给药4周后,切取各组心室肌组织,进行免疫组织化学染色,观察各组心肌组织Livin的表达。利用HPIAS-2000高清晰度彩色病理图文报告管理系统测定凋亡抑制蛋白Livin在各组中表达的平均光密度和平均阳性面积率。结果 Livin在L-arginine组的表达显著高于高血压对照组(P<0.05)。结论L精氨酸对肾性高血压导致的心肌细胞凋亡具有重要的保护作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of L-arginine in myocardial of rats with renovascular hypertension. Methods A total of 45 rats were randomly divided into normal control group(n=5),the renohypertension control group(n=20) and the L-arginine group(n= 20).Animal model of renovascular hypertension were established.The L-arginine group was treated with L-arginine by stomach tube.The rats were sacrificed after successive administration for four weeks and ventricular muscle tissue samles were collected.The expression level of Livin in the cardiomyocytes was observed by immunohistochemistry.The average optical density and the average rate of positive area of Livin were observed by HPIAS-2000 image analysis system. Results The expression of Livin was higher in the L-arginine group than that in the renohypertension control group(P0.05). Conclusion L-arginine has protective function for the apoptosis of myocardial cells induced by renovascular hypertension.
