The Influence and Strategic Choice of China's Agriculture's Opening-up

加入世贸组织10年来,我国严格履行加入承诺,农业全面对外开放的格局基本形成,对我国农业产生了深刻而积极的影响。今后,随着我国国内经济与世界经济的关联度日益增强,农业发展的国内外环境将发生重大变化,农业对外开放将面临更加复杂的形势和挑战。要从全球视野、战略高度,进一步提高推进农业对外开放的战略认识,以更加积极主动的姿态,进一步扩大开放领域,优化开放结构,提高开放质量,稳步提升农业对外开放的广度和深度,为促进中国农业持续稳定协调发展、加快建设中国特色农业现代化提供基础支撑和良好环境。

Ten years after China's entry into the WTO,China has strictly fulfilled its commitment and the overall opening-up of its agriculture has come into being,which imposes profound and positive influence on our agricultural production.With the increasingly improving productive force,the agriculture has enjoyed continual and stable development.In addition,farmers' income has grown rapidly and the contribution of the countryside market has obviously improved.Meanwhile,the import and export trade of agricultural products has increased dramatically and the connection between the agriculture and the world market is getting increasingly close.With the improvement of the internationalization and marketization of China and the close connection between China's economy and the world's economy,great changes will take place in the domestic and abroad developing surroundings of the agriculture and the agriculture's opening-up will face more complex situation and challenges.Standing from a strategic height,we should take a global perspective to improve our strategic understanding of advancing the opening-up of the agriculture.And we will expand the areas of opening-up,optimize its structure,raise its quality and steadily expand the opening-up of the agriculture in scope and depth so as to provide basic supporting environment for promoting the continual,stable and coordinated development of China's agriculture and accelerate the building of the agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics.
