摘要
当前水电厂主设备故障机理极其复杂,分析诊断实时性与准确性较差,其辅助决策结论难以指导水电厂实际维护检修工作等方面的问题。在吸收当前国内外设备分析诊断先进理论及最新研究成果的基础上,提出了集工况分析、趋势分析、故障诊断、风险评估、健康预测等方法的水电厂多尺度综合一体化分析诊断策略框架,并介绍了分析诊断策略的实现方法,为水电厂计划检修向状态检修的过渡提供技术保证,有效支持状态检修工作的进一步实施。
At present,the failure mechanism for main equipment of hydropower plants is extremely complex,the real-time and the accuracy of analysis and diagnosis are poor,and the assistant decision-making conclusions are difficult to guide the actual maintenance work of hydropower plants.Based on absorbing current domestic and foreign a hydroelectric limited liability company diagnosis strategy,including several methods,such as analysis of working conditions,trend analysis,fault diagnosis,risk assessment,health forecasting,etc.A way to implement the strategy is also introduced,which can provide technical support for the transition from planned maintenance to condition-based maintenance and effectively support the further implementation of condition-based maintenance of hydropower plants.
