溪洛渡水电站的地理位置和基本情况决定了其监控系统的设计特点。文中介绍了溪洛渡水电站监控系统在组网方式、功能设计、功能部署、智能维护、调度通信、系统安全性等6个方面的设计特点。最后,介绍了溪洛渡水电站监控系统中的停机落门回路和水头处理这2个典型应用。

The location and the basic case of Xiluodu hydropower station decided the design characteristics of its monitoring system.This paper introduces the design characteristics of the monitoring system of Xiluodu hydropower station from six aspects,such as networking modes,function design,function division,intelligent maintenance,dispatching communication,and system security.Finally,the circuit of stop and gate falling and the water head handling the monitoring system are introduced as typical applications.
