摘要
介绍了高精度测量钻孔、岩石及混凝土或土壤中测线的轴向位移线法测量原理,以及基于涡流效应的电涡流式位移传感器的基本原理。阐述了滑动测微计的工作原理、电路构成、通信接口、所用电子器件等,重点阐述了滑动测微计的信号处理和固件设计等技术,并给出了主要技术指标和试验数据等。
The linear deformation measurement principles of the high-precision drilling,the axial displacement in rock,concrete or soil are introduced.The operation principles,circuits,communication interface,and electronic device used of the sliding micrometer are described.The signal process and firmware design in the contact-free sliding micrometer are expounded.Specifications and experimental data of the sliding micrometer are presented.
