据美国PMI学会(Project Management Institute)统计,在全球一般的组织和机构里,多达50%以上的工作以项目的形式进行。随着造纸企业的发展、市场份额的不断扩大,项目范围涉及到新(扩)建工程、技术改造、新品研发、政府政策贴息(补助)申报、市场开发等多方面,且随着项目业务环境的动态多变,沟通与问题解决需要一个项目管理团队对其进行跨部门、跨行业、跨文化,在规定时间内、批准的预算内运用标准化程序、计划、组织、控制、持续不断的业务活动进行运作和管理,得到使企业满意的目标结果。
According to the statistics of American Project Management Institute,in the general organizations and institutions of the world,there are much more than 50 percent of the works going with the form of projects.With the development of paper enterprises and the growth of the market shares,the projects scope has been involved in new(expansion) project,technology innovation,new product development,market development and so on.Furthermore,because of the changeable of project environment,there needs a project management team to operate and manage in trans-department,multi-industry and cross-culture to get satisfactory goals and outcomes.
