测定纸张的抗张挺度取向性能 调整纸机的生产 被引量:3

摘要 利用抗张挺度取向(Tensile Stiffness Orientation,TSO)测定仪,对涂布灰底白纸板的抗张挺度取向角、纸机纵横向的抗张挺度指数等进行测定,分析得出纸张抄造过程中存在的问题,给出优化调整意见,并进行验证。结果表明:采用TSO测定仪可快速预示该纸种的质量问题及生产中存在的纸机运行性问题(特别是和流浆箱相关的问题),简化调整步骤,缩短优化时间,对维护纸机正常运行、提高产品质量具有十分有效的指导作用。 Tensile stiffness orientation (TSO) tester was used to measure the tensile stiffness orientation angle (TSO), the machine-direction tensile stiffness index (TSIMD), the cross-direction tensile stiffness index (TSICD), and their ratio (TSIMD/CD), of a one-side coated white manila board. The data were related to product qualities and process problems. Then optimization suggestions were given and their validities were tested. It proved that TSO tester can be used to predict paper quality and machine runnability problems in a quick way, especially problems involved with the headbox. Using this methodology can greatly shorten trial steps and save time in troubleshooting, therefore it is very beneficial to papermakers.
