摘要
利用分子蒸馏法制备烟草提取物并将其涂布于成形纸,经过顶空分析表明,与空白成形纸相比,在60℃及80℃温度条件下有大量的挥发性成分,包括醇、醛、酮、酯、烃、呋喃等致香成分。感官评价结果表明,使用烟草提取物成形纸后,卷烟的香气质得到较明显的提升,增加了卷烟丰富性,卷烟的舒适性得到一定程度的改善。
Tobacco extracts was made from tobacco raw materials by a method of molecular distillation, with which plug wrapping paper was coated and prepared. As indicated by head space GC-MS analysis, big amount of volatile components could be found under the temperature of 60℃ and 80℃, respectively, including rich aroma components, such as alcohol, aldehyde, ketone, ester, hydrocarbon, furan and the like. Cigarette sensory quality also showed that cigarette aroma quality was promoted obviously after the use of added plug wrapping paper. In addition, aroma richness and comfortableness of cigarette were improved to some extent as well.
