摘要
竹子制浆原料切削加工过程中易产生长条形竹片和竹屑,在备料筛选处理竹片时,往往因为竹片长条较多,堵塞竹片筛筛板孔,导致筛选能力变小不能满足生产需要,还常造成再碎回收系统负荷过高停车,影响正常生产,通过增加一个筛辊式盘筛,作为长条形竹片的分离设备,以及对竹片筛的技改,可以很大程度减少竹片筛选存在的问题。
In the process of chip cutting in bamboo material preparation, it is liable to produce strip-like chips and bamboo scraps. Because of high content of strip-like chip, screen holes are often blocked to result in productive capacity getting small, to raise the load of re-chipping system. A plate screen was added to separate from strip-like chips, as well as the chip screen was modified to remarkably solve the problems above.
