摘要
通过对纸杯纸投诉的统计分析发现抄纸季节对纸杯纸成型效果有影响,经调查分析主要是环境温、湿度的变化造成生产工艺中的打浆温度和成纸水分的变化,引起纸杯纸成型效果的变化。通过对下机水分和打浆度的调整和粉碎浆板用水取水口的改变进行改善取得成效。
It was found by the analysis of complaint from the users that the season of papermaking has an effect on the shaping effect of cup paper. The investigation showed that the change of temperature and humidity in the environment lead to the changes in beating temperature and the moisture, to result in the change in shaping effect. The problems were solved by the regulation of paper moisture, beating degree of the slurry and by the modification of water inlet of the hydraulic pulper.
